October has begun, which means half-term is fast approaching. It’s crazy to think we’re already so far into the term—it doesn’t seem two minutes since the summer holidays were ending!
Things at Harrogate School of Swimming are fantastic. We launched Harrogate School of Baby Swimming at the start of September and we’ve been delighted with the response. We’re proud to say we now have over 100 swimmers in the program and have recently added new slots on Monday afternoons.
Did you know we offer free assessments? If you’d like your little one to begin their swimming journey, you can get in touch with us to arrange a visit. This is a great way to see where they’re at ability-wise, and it also gives you the chance to see the swimming pool where their lessons will take place.
You may have heard us recently on Your Harrogate. We’re excited to share that our competition, which closed on October 1st, received fantastic participation. The prize—a term of group lessons and a term of baby swim lessons—was very popular, and the winners will be contacted by Your Harrogate this week.
Finally, a quick reminder: we are re-running our Refer a Friend scheme! This is an excellent opportunity to earn credit towards your swimming lessons. Any member who refers a new swimmer will receive two lessons’ credit on their booking.
