Directions to the Pool:

You can enter via the black gates from Duchy Road. Please be aware of parking restrictions on the tarmac area inside the gates and note that vehicles must not block the driveway leading to the sports hall and swimming pool. This must be kept clear at all times in case of emergency. Under no circumstances should anyone drive on any part of the playing field or any other grassed area in the school grounds. 

Follow the directions to the pool building & as you enter into the building turn right & go upstairs to the pool.

Information:

Willow Tree Pool is ideal for Babies & Pre School lessons. The pool is warm & children can stand in the shallow end – ideal for confidence building.

Pool Dimensions:

15m in length x 6m width, min depth 76cm, max depth 94cm

Changing Facilities:

There is separate Male & Female Changing Rooms & Disabled Changing Room as well, which can also be used for Dads bringing their children to lessons.

Directions to the Pool:

The pool is in the grounds of Willow Tree Primary School, Wetherby Road. There is no parking at the main school but plenty of off street parking off Wetherby Road or at near by church next to the school. On arrival at the school please sign in at reception & you will be shown to the pool. Leaving the school also please sign out.

Changing Facilities:

Separate Boys and Girls communal changing rooms.

If your child is 8 years and over, under child protection laws, they must go into their appropriate gender changing rooms, (i.e. boys 8 and over must use the boys changing rooms, and girls 8 and over must use the girls changing rooms).

For children under 8 years old, they must change with their parent in the appropriate changing rooms.

Directions to the Pool:

When you enter the village of Birstwith, go past the post office (located near the village school) on Wreaks Road and up Lackon Bank (the hill past St James’s Birstwith church). Belmont Grosvenor School is on the right. If you are at all unsure of how to get there, please go onto the Belmont Grosvenor website www.belmontgrosvenor.co.uk, where you can click on a location map by accessing “The School” tab and then the “How to Find Us” button.

As you enter through the main gates of the school, please park in the car park directly on your left. Cars are not allowed to drive through the school grounds. The swimming pool is a short walk through the school grounds and is sign posted.

Enter through the main doors into the foyer and the girls changing rooms are to the right and the boys to the left. Pool access is through the changing rooms for both swimmers and spectators.
