About Us

Since 2009, Harrogate School of Swimming has proudly been a part of over 6,000 individual swimming journeys. We've had the privilege of watching swimmers transform from daunted beginners into skilled aquatic adventurers. Our passion for teaching and dedication to each swimmer's progress ensures that every journey is a success, whether you're just starting out or refining your skills.

At Harrogate School of Swimming, we're all about the journey — supporting every swimmer on their unique path.


You can begin your swimming journey from birth with our baby swimming classes. At 3 years old, swimmers progress into our Learn to Swim programme, following the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework. From there, they can continue to develop their skills and move into our performance squads.
